The software allows a professional or someone who is new to the business review loan documents of a homeowners loan and uncover violations specific to lending laws such as Tila and Respa. The software uncovers the violations and supports the violations found with quotes directly from the supporting laws. The software’s look and feel is straightforward and each section asks you to enter information relating to the loan docs. After you have completed entering information into the software you can export a completed report with the findings. The report outlines each violation point by point and has all the law quotes directly in the report. After reviewing the software, I enjoyed the features of private labeling and being able to edit the reports with information I wish to add. This is especially useful if you plan on doing forensic loan audits or mortgage audit for your clients since you can edit the report and insert your own information (private label) in the report. Overall, this software is very useful and includes many different products in addition to this one which are all very useful to any professionals career.
