24 Hour NC Loan Officer Fundamentals Class Schedule

*Effective Oct 1, 2008, The 24 hour Fundamentals class is required in North Carolina.
*New state exam administered by PSI Testing Center will be 100 questions.
*The current 60 question exam will be available until Nov 30, 2008 for individuals who have taken the 8 hour class-it must be requested at time registration for the exam.
*The 8 hour Fundamentals certificate will be honored for 3 years, however the exam after Nov 30, 2008 will cover the new material in the 24 hour course.

*Minimum 600 Beacon Score
*No felonies
*No misdemeanors in the last 10 years
*No findings of moral turpitude
*Applicants must disclose everything, if it isn't disclosed and is reflected in a background check, the applicant will be declined.
*All applications must be completed online
*All fees must be paid through the system
